It is comforting to utilize the services of a family-owner business who have the integrity to stand behind their work. For over 17 years, Carefree Comfort has been providing outstanding HVAC care for my home. Ninety-nine percent of the time, I only need to have my routine spring and fall maintenance checks. But if the heat goes out when it is 5 below zero outside, or the air conditioning goes on the fritz in the middle of August, they are always quick to respond with emergency service. Not only that, when there is a major equipment issue which should not be occurring, they go directly to the manufacturer to make sure it is resolved to my satisfaction. First time using Carefree Comfort and it was a wonderful experience. Kevin, my technician was personable, pleasant and knowledgeable in his discipline. Our furnace broke in the middle of December and I reached out to Carefree Comfort, amongst a number of other companies in the area. Dave was quick to respond and provide a realistic estimate to replace the furnace and got us back up and running within 24 hours. I can't thank him and his team enough for the quality work. Our ducts collapsed for whatever reason. I spoke with Dave on Friday afternoon and he arranged to send two men for what he estimated would be 2 hours each. I thought it might take longer. The men arrived on time, worked efficiently and completed the job within one hour. Needless to say, I appreciated the entire operation from booking to completion! Read Less
