Carefree Comfort, Inc. Reviews

We've relied on Carefree Comfort for years, and Kevin Sworthout has always provided outstanding service. He is knowledgeable, professional, dependable, and takes the time to make sure everything is working properly. During this visit, he even went above and beyond by adjusting our dampers to improve the airflow throughout the house. It's that kind of attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction that keeps us coming back. I highly recommend Kevin and the entire Carefree Comfort team. Read Less

We had Joe from Carefree out to our house this morning and it was an excellent experience! Joe was not only on time, but early. He was beyond helpful as he took the time to explain everything he did as well as potential future issues (and costs) that we might run into. I highly recommend Joe and Carefree! A great experience from scheduling to maintenance. Read Less

Kevin was great! He cleaned and inspected our air conditioning unit. He spent a good amount of time here and he was very friendly, thorough and neat. He also answered a few questions we had regarding humidity issues we sometimes experience over the summer and gave good suggestions on how to minimize the issue. Read Less
