Of course a weekend night and no heat. Carefree Comfort quickly answered my call and had their tech arrive in less than an hour. Issues were resolved and heat back on. The tech Nick was fast, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. This company cannot be beat for their excellent service.

It is comforting to utilize the services of a family-owner business who have the integrity to stand behind their work. For over 17 years, Carefree Comfort has been providing outstanding HVAC care for my home. Ninety-nine percent of the time, I only need to have my routine spring and fall maintenance checks. But if the heat goes out when it is 5 below zero outside, or the air conditioning goes on the fritz in the middle of August, they are always quick to respond with emergency service. Not only that, when there is a major equipment issue which should not be occurring, they go directly to the manufacturer to make sure it is resolved to my satisfaction.
